Sitting at the heart of the consumer and marketplace business, this role is responsible for defining how Wolt drives sustainable, profitable growth through pricing levers. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role with end-to-end accountability for strategy, execution, and financial outcomes. The Director, Consumer Pricing will own a significant portion of the consumer P&L, including Cx fee revenue and investment, and will work directly with C-level leadership and senior functional owners to set direction, make trade-offs, and deliver results. The role also includes direct leadership of a small, high-performing team. Combining strategic rigour, financial judgement, and operational leadership, this individual will act as the central decision-maker across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and regional teams. What you'll be doing

  • Pricing Strategy - Own and define Wolt's global pricing strategy, setting the overarching logic for how the company monetises demand and deploys across all consumer-facing levers. Establish the long-term strategic direction for pricing as a core driver of growth, profitability, and competitive positioning, shaping how the marketplace evolves over time. Determine the critical strategic priorities across markets and use cases, focusing leadership attention and resources on the initiatives that most materially impact enterprise value.
  • Product, AI and Tech Driven Growth - Work with the Product and Engineering teams to develop our Consumer Pricing tech stack to drive step-change growth. Leverage AI tools in the work of the organization.
  • Growth Economics & Capital Allocation - Own the economic model underpinning Wolt's consumer business, with full accountability for how pricing drives revenue, growth, and contribution margin globally. Set the principles and guardrails for capital allocation, determining where and how investment drives the highest long-term enterprise value. Arbitrate trade-offs between growth, profitability, and customer experience at a global level, influencing resource allocation across markets, customer segments, and strategic priorities. Partner with senior leadership to shape financial targets and ensure pricing strategy is a primary driver of Wolt's overall business performance.
  • Operational Excellence - Establish robust frameworks for experimentation, performance tracking, and decision-making across markets. Define how pricing and performance is measured, monitored, and optimised globally. Ensure strategies are translated into execution with clear ownership, pace, and measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership - Act as the senior point of ownership for pricing across the organisation. Work directly with C-level stakeholders, Country Leaders, and functional leaders to align on priorities, investments, and execution. Navigate complex trade-offs across Product, Marketing, Finance, and regional teams, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and enterprise-level impact.
  • Team Leadership - Lead and develop a team of three, setting clear priorities, raising the performance bar, and ensuring strong delivery against business objectives. Foster a culture of ownership, analytical rigour, and impact, while coaching team members to operate effectively in a high-autonomy, cross-functional environment.
