Wolt is seeking an experienced Strategy and Operations leader to guide the Associate Tooling program for our Customer Experience group across EMEA. You’ll shape how intelligent automation and human expertise combine to deliver faster, more personalized outcomes for customers and partners.

Working with product, Applied AI, Data Science, and Operations, you’ll define the long-term strategy, mentor a team of PMs, and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve CSAT, handling time, and policy.
