Responsibilities:
- Providing an estimating support function for the sales team and customers.
- Presenting the quotation to the customer in a professional and time efficient manner.
- Working with the sales team to provide excellent customer service through means of estimating and quotations.
- Contributing to the growth of sales value and margins of our key customers by means of effective quotation and contract support management.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 08:00AM - 17:00PM. We offer hybrid working 3 days in the office and max 2 days from home.
Requirements / Skills:
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel including ability to use V-look ups.
- Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills.
- Plumbing and heating knowledge would be desirable but not essential.
- Ability to build excellent rapport with our customers and maintain a consistent level of customer service.
