As a Branch Manager based in Luton you'll be responsible for:
- Leading, developing and coaching a team of 20+ in our branch
- Offering excellent customer service with a focus on sales with full P&L responsibility
- Maintaining health and safety legislation
- Build strong rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing and managing 6000 items of hire fleet
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.

- Experience of managing and leading teams
- A process driven approach
- Experience of Merchanting or equipment hire would be a massive advantage
- A focus on sales, delivery and equipment availability
