Trainee Support Analyst - Ripon (Hybrid Working)

As a Trainee Support Analyst based in Ripon, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, self-service, and live chat
  • Delivering excellent customer service to colleagues across the business
  • Managing and resolving IT queries while maintaining high customer experience standards
  • Supporting key ITIL processes and assisting with major or sensitive incidents
  • Contributing to IT projects and wider Service Desk initiatives as required

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

  • A keen interest in starting or progressing a career in IT support
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to learn and develop with guidance from experienced team members
