As a Part Time Sales Assistant based in our Plymouth branch, you'll be responsible for: Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing advice and product recommendations Making outbound phone calls to previous customers to regain their business Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both new and existing customers General warehouse duties including picking and packing customer orders which will involve manual handling heavy stock e.g.
boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets This is a Part Time Fixed Term Contract until July 2027 working 30 xiskglj hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am
- 5.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 08.00am
- 12.00pm.
