As a HVAC Sales Specialist based in our Send branch, youll be responsible for:
Driving day-to-day sales performance and delivering all branch KPIs across our Climate product range - HVAC, air conditioning, heat pump, and renewable heating
Growing new business opportunities and maximising sales while maintaining strong cost awareness
Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support wider business development
Ensuring high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence within the branch
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Proven sales experience with solid knowledge of Climate products and solutions
A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to balance sales targets and operational needs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams
