As a Sales Assistant based in our Whitby branch you'll be responsible for: Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders This is a full time, 40 hour permanent role
- Monday to Friday between 8am
- 5pm.
Saturday working 1 in 2, 8am to 12pm, paid as overtime. xohmjla
