Plumb & Parts, part of the Wolseley Group, is recruiting an Operations Supervisor in Watford. You will lead and develop a team, support progression planning, and help the Operations Manager maintain high health and safety standards while driving sales growth and financial performance.
The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break and occasional Saturday overtime.
