As a Credit Controller based in Warwick, you'll be responsible for:
- Monitoring outstanding debts and following up on overdue accounts to maintain a positive cash flow
- Building client relationships, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention and growth
- Proactively managing overdue accounts, implementing company procedures
This is a full-time, hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 08:00am - 17:00pm with 1 hour break. Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Ideally, a finance background and credit control experience is desirable. Experience in a customer service role, preferably a role that involves speaking with customers over the phone or in a face-to-face environment. Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/Teams).
