As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Melmerby youll be responsible for:
- Directly line managing 15 20 Operations Assistants, ensuring work has been delegated appropriately
- Conducting annual reviews, probation meetings, recruitment and absence management
- Ensuring the team have hit KPIs and verifying all picking, packing and loading have been completed correctly
- Getting stuck into warehouse duties and supporting the team
This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 2.00pm 10.00pm

- Previous warehouse experience with a history of completing warehouse duties effectively

- A proactive approach and to be able to get stuck in and support the team
