As a Trainee Support Analyst based in Ripon, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, self-service, and live chat
- Delivering excellent customer service to colleagues across the business
- Managing and resolving IT queries while maintaining high customer experience standards
- Supporting key ITIL processes and assisting with major or sensitive incidents
- Contributing to IT projects and wider Service Desk initiatives as required
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Here’s what we would like you to have:
- A keen interest in starting or progressing a career in IT support
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
