As a Delivery Driver 3.5T based in Thetford youll be responsible for: Driving a 3.5T van with a tail lift to deliver large and heavy plumbing and heating supplies.
Generally you will be carrying out deliveries to our customers who include building/construction sites, social housing, and members of the public.
Loading and unloading deliveries, which involves manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, radiators toilets and sinks.
When you are not driving you will be assisting in the warehouse with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general tidying.
Carrying out vehicle checks.
Potentially serving customers at the trade counter.
This is a permanent position working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. And heres what wed like you to have: Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
Previous multidrop delivery and experience of driving a 3.5T van.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
