What youll be doing in this role:

  • Day-to-day management of the team.

  • Ensuring the team delivers first-class customer service.

  • Being the direct point of contact/escalation for the customer.

  • Liaising with the Key Account Director, Business Development Manager, and key Account Manager regarding any opportunities or issues that arise.

  • Ensuring all orders, quotes, and queries are dealt with efficiently and that queries are closed promptly.

  • Coaching and mentoring the team.
