Showroom Consultant (20 hours - Part time) - Plymouth - Plumb Centre

As a Showroom Consultant based in Plymouth you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in the bathroom showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products to suit their requirements.
- Showroom designs using CAD system
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email with a proactive, friendly approach and delivering outstanding service.
- Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom.
- Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way.
This is a part-time, permanent role working 20 hours per week. Work pattern can be discussed at interview. Every other Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.
Here’s what we would like you to have:
- Previous experience in the industry or a showroom environment is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service.
- Confidence in discussing customer ideas, explaining product features and matching products to customer needs.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Basic computer literacy.
