Salary: £26,695 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

As a Sales Assistant based in our Swindon branch you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving a 3.5T automatic van making deliveries to customers in the local area
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
  • Making outbound phone calls to previous customers to regain their business
  • Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both new and existing customers
  • General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the system and putting it away and picking and packing customer orders which will involve manual handling heavy stock e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm and alternate Saturday mornings 08.00am - 12.00pm.

A Driving Licence is essential. Previous Face to Face sales and customer service experience is essential.
