As a Technical Sales Engineer you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving sustainable sales growth and profitability by developing new business opportunities for air conditioning and heat pump products
  • Developing and growing existing accounts to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Conducting 8–12 customer meetings per week where feasible
  • Maintaining a strong sales pipeline through proactive engagement
  • Producing accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts

This is a full-time, permanent, field-based role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Proven experience in sales or technical sales role
  • Technical aptitude or experience within HVAC/Heat Pump industry
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel regularly (Occasional overnight stays)
