As a Sales Assistant based in Chichester, you will be responsible for:
- Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
- Building relationships with customers to drive repeat business, enhance customer experience, and maximise lifetime value.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
- General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems, putting it away, and picking and packing customer orders.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 07.30am to 5.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays, working 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.
