As a Climate Specialist based in our Send branch, you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving day-to-day sales performance and delivering all branch KPIs across our Climate product range
- Growing new business opportunities and maximising sales while maintaining strong cost awareness
- Providing outstanding customer service and acting as a trusted technical expert for Climate solutions
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support wider business development
- Ensuring high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence within the branch
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Here’s what we’d like you to have to be a successful Climate Specialist:
- Proven sales experience with solid knowledge of Climate products and solutions
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to balance sales targets and operational needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams
- Confidence in handling technical queries and providing clear, accurate product guidance
- A passion for driving growth, delivering great service and contributing to a high-performing team culture
