As a Sales Support Coordinator based in Branston, Burton on Trent (DE14 3PD), you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately and professionally managing our customer orders in terms of purchasing and supplying to meet their expectations.
- Being the main point of customer contact providing all updates and relevant information.
- Providing clear communication to our customers regarding lead times, call offs deliveries, stock availability, credit limits, returns, project updates and other relevant information.
- Organising products to be in stock in a timely manner ready for customers.
- Building relationships with key suppliers.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week - Monday - Friday 08:00am - 5.00pm.
And here's what we'd like you to have:
- Plumbing & Heating, Construction or Sanitaryware experience.
- PC literacy in Excel and Outlook.
- A customer-focused attitude.
- Great communication skills.
- Proven experience in organisation, prioritisation and the ability to multi-task.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
