Showroom Manager - Plymouth (PL7 1SR) - Plumb Centre

As a Showroom Manager based in Plymouth, you will be responsible for:

  • Running the day-to-day operations of the showroom embedded within a branch
  • Recruiting, training, developing, coaching, and motivating your showroom consultants and supporting their development
  • Driving sales and customer service within the bathroom showroom by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products with a proactive and friendly approach
  • Delivering outstanding service
  • Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom
  • Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 8:00am - 12:00pm.

Here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Previous experience in a bathroom showroom environment is beneficial
  • The ability to motivate, inspire and develop your team
  • An understanding of sales and margins targets
  • Excellent ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A passion for driving consistency in branch standards
  • Utilisation of CAD for bathroom designs
