Showroom Consultant
based in
Plymouth
youll be responsible for: Welcoming and assisting customers in the bathroom showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products to suit their requirements.
Showroom designs using CAD system
Responding to customer queries via phone and email with a proactive, friendly approach and delivering outstanding service.
Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom.
Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way.
This is a part-time, permanent role working 20 hours per week. Work pattern can be discussed at interview. Every other Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm., paid as overtime. And heres what wed like you to have: Previous experience in the industry or a showroom environment is beneficial but not essential
full training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service.
Confidence in discussing customer ideas, explaining product features and matching products to customer needs.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Basic computer literacy
