As an FLT Operative based in Chesterfield, you'll be responsible for:
- Safe and compliant operation of FLT equipment, ensuring stock integrity and pick accuracy
- Accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders, including direct-to-customer and urgent, time-critical requirements, meeting SLAs and OTIF targets
- Maintaining individual training, competence and operational readiness, including FLT licences and refresher requirements
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 15:00 and 11:00 till 20:00 on a shift basis.
Requirements:
- Strong FLT operational competence with relevant, and in-date certification (Reach D2)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Capable of frequent high-intensity physical activity
- Health, Safety & Environmental awareness
