As a Senior Finance Manager based in Ripon, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the delivery of the Group’s consolidated monthly and year‑end financial results.
- Managing and developing a small finance team to drive high performance.
- Improving financial processes and controls to strengthen the Group’s reporting.
- Owning key relationships with auditors and senior stakeholders across the Group.
- Providing expert guidance on accounting standards and supporting key change projects.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.

- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA or equivalent) and solid experience in group financial reporting.
- Strong technical accounting skills, including expertise in IFRS and consolidation.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a high‑performing team.
- Clear, confident communication skills, able to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, detail‑driven and commercially minded approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and high standards.
