Operations Assistant
based in
Hemel Hempstead
youll be responsible for: Providing a high level of customer service by supplying the correct materials. Checking Goods-in are correctly delivered against delivery notes and goods are booked in on the Wolseley System, then put away accurately and safely. Accurately picking and labelling goods booked out to customers and other branches using Wolseley System, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed. Maintaining standards of housekeeping and adhere to health and safety guidelines, including manual handling techniques, use of loading equipment and PPE. Deputising for the Operations Supervisor or Manager as required. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday And heres what wed like you to have: Previous industry experience would be ideal Previous warehouse or Merchanting background A full UK driving licence Confidence interacting with customers and suppliers to build effective relationships We look forward to receiving your application!
