As a Showroom Manager based in Ayr, you will be responsible for:

  • Running the day-to-day operations of the showroom embedded in a branch
  • Driving sales and service within the Branch Showroom to achieve the required sales and margin targets
  • Identifying and generating potential new business leads and developing these
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Training, developing, coaching, and motivating their showroom consultant
  • Providing an end-to-end design and delivery service for bathroom customers
  • Working in conjunction with the wider branch team to ensure on-time and in full delivery

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.

Here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Prior showroom sales experience - can discuss customer ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe product, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to make judgements on the closest product match to the customer needs
  • Managerial experience - the ability to motivate, inspire and develop people
  • A current level of awareness of what is happening within the bathrooms industry to assist in customer service and developing the showroom
  • Understanding of sales and margins targets and an ability to track success against Showroom Performance Metrics
  • Passion for driving consistency in branch standards, ensuring that all areas from front of house to back of house are presented in line with branch plans and enable a positive customer experience
