An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Nurse to work with us at Wolseley Medical Centre. We are looking for a confident nurse with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Working as part of our friendly team you will support the delivery of excellent patient care and improving the health and wellbeing of our patients. The ideal candidate will need to be proficient in all aspects of treatment room nursing and have the ability to work within a team.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of excellent patient care and contribute to the health and wellbeing of our patients.
- Responsible for clinical areas such as infection prevention and control, health promotion, and chronic disease management.
- Actively support the practice management team in reviewing and delivering clinical policy and procedure to ensure nursing services are delivered effectively to the entitled patient population.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high quality nursing services.
- Previous experience of SystmOne would be advantageous.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in all aspects of treatment room nursing and the ability to work within a team.
- Skills include, but are not limited to, cervical screening and childhood and travel vaccinations.
- Qualifications and expertise in chronic disease management are advantageous.
