As a Workshop Assistant based in Boldon, you'll be responsible for:

  • Servicing and maintenance of both Hire and customer owned equipment
  • Assisting the Service Engineers with support
  • Accurate timekeeping and logging of all hours and activities performed within the role
  • Completion of all records in accordance with company policies, systems and procedures
  • Complying with Health and Safety policy and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Practical experience of or a serious interest in Mechanical and/or Electrical maintenance
  • A full Driving Licence and be happy to travel for training and breakdowns
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good time management
  • Basic IT skills (Email, Internet)
