As a Maintenance / Service Engineer based in Livingston, you’ll be responsible for:
- Servicing and calibrating equipment for our own hire fleet and customer owned equipment, including, where relevant, carrying out services at customer premises
- Supplying regional support on the specialist range of equipment that is operated from the central support facility at the HQ in Chesterfield
- Providing telephone technical support both internally and externally
- Delivering first class customer back up including attending breakdowns, providing onsite technical support and training, carrying out site audits and providing feedback to customers and supervisors
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 4.30pm or 8am - 5pm.
A proven mechanical engineering/mechanics background is required, along with electrical, hydraulic and component fault finding background/experience. A flexible disposition is also necessary.
