As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Measham you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of warehouse operatives to deliver a great service to our customers, and to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators set
- Promoting a can-do attitude to the team
- Coaching and carrying out on-the-job training for warehouse operatives and measuring team performance
- Leading all aspects of people management relating to your team e.g. holiday approvals, absence management, performance management, quarterly reviews, training completion etc.
- Ensuring the team comply with health, safety and environmental procedures and standards at all times and promoting the 6S ethos
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 19:00 and 03:00.

- Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience within a high service focused warehouse environment
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong computer/tablet skills
- Experience of handling disciplinary processes and procedures
