As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Measham, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of warehouse operatives to deliver a great service to our customers and to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators set
- Coaching and carrying out on-the-job training for warehouse operatives and measuring team performance
- Leading all aspects of people management relating to your team e.g. holiday approvals, absence management, performance management, quarterly reviews, training completion etc.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 18:00 and 02:00.
Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience within a high service focused warehouse environment is required, along with strong computer/tablet skills.
