As a Trade Counter Supervisor based in Kilmarnock, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supervise and support the Trade Counter Assistants providing guidance, training and performance feedback
  • Building rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to any queries and processing sales
  • General warehouse duties picking and packing the appropriate goods accurately and efficiently (This will involve manual handling heavy items e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets)

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 07.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.
