Compile technical proposals and quotations for the sales team, ensuring accurate project records are maintained within the CRM system. \n \n \n Acting as the Nominated Technical Supervisor for all regional MCS projects, ensuring every subcontracted installation adheres to MCS standards and Building Regulations. \n \n \n Providing phone-based and remote technical support, maintaining strong working relationships with assigned installers, and acting as a consistent technical point of contact. \n \n This is a full-time, permanent, field based role working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm. \Level 3 NVQ or equivalent. \n \n \n Heat Pumps: LCL/BPEC Heat Pump Design & Installation. \n \n \n Compliance: G3 Unvented Hot Water, WRAS, and a comprehensive knowledge of MCS standards. \Proven experience in low-temperature hydraulic design and electrical fault-finding. \A \"consultative\" mindset with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for non-technical customers. \Based in/around East London or Ipswich, with a willingness to travel and occasional overnight stays. \
