HR Systems Specialist - Warwick (Hybrid working - 3 days on site and 2 days remote)

As an HR Systems Specialist based in our Warwick office, you will be responsible for:
- Owning the day-to-day configuration and upkeep of the HR System (Workday), keeping data accurate and the system performing at its best.
- Supporting HR teams with system queries, troubleshooting issues and helping them get the most out of Workday.
- Leading system changes from configuration and testing through to training and launch so improvements land smoothly.
- Working closely with HR, IT and external partners to deliver upgrades, resolve issues and support wider projects, including acquisitions.
- Keeping system documentation up to date and supporting audit activity to ensure clarity, compliance and confidence across the business.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a hybrid working model (3 days on-site and 2 days remote).
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- HR Systems configuration experience, Workday knowledge is advantageous.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, great communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven, demonstrable expertise in Business Process and mass data loading.
- Experience in putting in place new processes or procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
- Strong all-round IT skills, including database input, data manipulation and reporting analysis.
