HR Helpdesk Administrator – Warwick – Support Functions

As a HR Helpdesk Administrator based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:


  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract administration through to employee changes and leaver processes.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and professional support to employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating a range of HR processes including benefits administration, family leave, payroll support, recruitment administration, and employee documentation.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and compliance through regular HR system audits, record maintenance, right to work checks, and administration of HR policies and procedures.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm working 2 days a week from home after an initial training period

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to support employees and managers across a variety of HR queries.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the success of the wider HR team.
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or customer service is desirable, with knowledge of Workday or other HR systems considered an advantage.
