As a Sales Assistant based in Lincoln, you will be responsible for:
- Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations, as well as driving 3.5T deliveries to customers
- Building relationships with customers to drive repeat business, enhance customer experience, and maximise lifetime value
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
- General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems, putting it away, and picking & packing customer orders
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00am to 5:00pm, and on a rota basis for Saturdays, working 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous face-to-face sales and customer service experience
- Be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
- Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic
- A Full UK manual Driving Licence (driving experience not essential)
