As a Operations Assistant based in Glasgow, you'll be responsible for:
Responding to customer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously to build strong relationships
General warehouse duties including picking and packing orders, and goods in and out (which will involve heavy lifting and manual handling of heavy items like boilers, radiators, toilets etc.)
Loading/unloading vehicles safely.
Driving a Mercedes-Benz sprinter van to make deliveries to our customers in the local area
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 08.00am - 4.00pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 08:00am -12:00pm.
A Full UK Driving Licence is essential
Experience using a Forklift would be ideal but not essential as training can be provided
