Role Summary
As a part‑time Sales Assistant based in our Gaerwen branch, you will:
- Serve customers on the trade counter, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously.
- Work within the warehouse, including manual handling of heavy stock such as boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets.
- Load and unload stock.
- Book stock in and store it in the designated location.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
This is a part‑time permanent role working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the plumbing and heating industry is ideal.
- A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
- Warehouse experience.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Team player willing to assist in all areas to ensure smooth running of the branch.
- Eagerness to learn, with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.
