As a Technical Sales Advisor based in Brimsdown, you will be responsible for:
- Providing sales and expert advice from a technical view
- Processing customer orders whether that is over the phone or email
- Building strong relationships with customers and searching for new business by making proactive sales calls
- Working closely with the external sales team
This role is a full-time, permanent position, office-based role, working Monday to Friday, rotating shift pattern 07:30am - 16:30pm with 1 hour break and then following week 08:00am - 17:00pm with 1 hour break. No weekend work required.
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Technical knowledge on Pipe and Climate products or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Experience working with trade counter/front facing - essential
- Proven experience in sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions
- Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic
- Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
