Driver LGV (C1) - Tonbridge, Kent (TN9 1SU) - Plumb Centre

As an LGV Driver (C1) based in Tonbridge, Kent, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving a 7.5T lorry delivering plumbing and heating products to our customers (this will involve manual handling heavy stock including boilers, radiators, toilets and sinks)
- Deliveries mainly in London but also the South East e.g. Kent, Essex, Reading and Berkshire
- Carrying out roughly 8 - 12 deliveries a day, 95% of the time to building sites
- Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to, carrying out a daily check on the vehicle, equipment and load for which you have responsibility and reporting any defects
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
This role is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between 07.00am - 4.00pm.
Here's what we'd like you to have:
- Full UK Driving License and HGV Licence (Category C license)
- Driver Qualification Card (CPC)
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience in driving a 7.5T Lorry
- Experience driving in London
- A track record of good customer service
