As a 7.5T Delivery Driver based in Cumbernauld, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving a 7.5T van delivering plumbing and heating supplies to our customers
  • Carrying out own vehicle checks
  • Loading and unloading deliveries, which involves manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, radiators, toilets and sinks
  • Assisting in the warehouse once back from deliveries with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general warehouse duties

This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential
  • Driver Qualification Card (CPC) is essential
  • Digital Tachograph Card is essential
  • Experience of driving a 7.5T vehicle
  • Previous experience of completing multi drop deliveries
  • Excellent communication skills
  • To be a team player who is happy to assist in the warehouse to ensure the smooth running of the branch
