As a Customer Service Consultant based in Dartford Kent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer queries efficiently via phone, email and online platforms, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Providing technical advice and troubleshooting support on bathroom products, installations and spare parts.
  • Following up on customer cases to ensure swift resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, in line with C.P. Hart values.
  • Staying up to date with new product ranges, technical advancements, and best practices to provide accurate advice.

This role is a full-time, permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 with 1 hour's break. No weekend work required, office-based role with hybrid opportunity: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Here's what we'd like you to have:

  • Proven experience in a customer service, aftersales, or technical advisory role, preferably within the bathroom, plumbing, or interiors industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of bathroom products, including fittings, installations, and plumbing systems, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge if not already possessed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer resolution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
