As a Customer Project Administrator based in Branston, Burton on Trent (DE14 3PD), you will be responsible for:
- Accurately and professionally managing customer orders in terms of purchasing and supplying to meet their expectations.
- Being the main point of customer contact providing all updates and relevant information.
- Managing any issues with the projects you are looking after and resolving them.
- Organising products to be in stock in a timely manner ready for customers.
- Building relationships with key suppliers.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week - Monday - Friday 08:00am - 5:00pm.
