As a CRM Administrator based in Warwick, you will be responsible for:
- Managing users, permissions, security settings, and overall system access while maintaining high data quality and performance
- Owning Salesforce configuration, automation, releases, testing, deployments, and ongoing updates
- Supporting the business with day-to-day troubleshooting, user training, reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Partnering with the CRM Manager and wider stakeholders to gather requirements, shape new projects, and drive effective system adoption
- Ensuring Salesforce aligns with IT governance standards, backed by clear documentation and continuous system enhancements

- Proven CRM experience specifically with configuration, automation and testing
