As a Sales Assistant based in Chichester, you'll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
- General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders.
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 07.30am to 5.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays, working 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.
Previous face to face sales and customer service experience is beneficial.
