As a Credit Controller based in Portadown, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers with the purpose of controlling, reducing and maintaining debt risk.
  • Ensuring systems are updated with call, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Identifying and actively driving query resolutions and credit disputes.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify and minimise credit and debt risk across the customer portfolio.

This is a permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 08:00am to 5:00pm.

Prior experience in a Credit Control position is required, along with a flexible and adaptable approach to your daily role duties and MS Office skills.
