As an Operations Assistant based in Consett you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out general warehouse tasks - This will involve manual handling heavy stock such as Radiators, Boilers, Sinks, Toilets
- Booking incoming stock onto the system and putting it away in the designated location
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Maintaining high standards of H&S within the warehouse
- Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations
- Handling customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously
This is a permanent full time position working 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday.
