As a LGV Driver based in Bridgend you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving a 7.5t lorry, delivering items to customers' stores and building sites.
  • Multi-drop delivering.
  • Conducting daily checks on the vehicle, ensuring the goods are strapped down and are safe and secure.
  • Heavy lifting and manual handling.
  • Preparing for the next day's drop when returning to the yard, including maintaining the digital taco card and completing your CPC training.

Qualifications

  • Previous driving experience.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting.
  • Completion of CPC training and possession of a valid digital taco card.
