As a Showroom Manager based in Plymouth you will be responsible for:
- Running the day-to-day operations of the showroom embedded within a branch
- Recruiting, training, developing, coaching, and motivating your showroom consultants and supporting their development
- Driving sales and customer service within the bathroom showroom by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products with a proactive and friendly approach and delivering outstanding service
- Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom
- Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 8:00am - 12:00pm.
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous experience in a bathroom showroom environment is beneficial
- The ability to motivate, inspire and develop your team
- An understanding of sales and margins targets
- Excellent ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A passion for driving consistency in branch standards
