As a Showroom Consultant based in Plymouth, you'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers in the bathroom showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products to suit their requirements
  • Showroom designs using CAD system
  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email with a proactive, friendly approach and delivering outstanding service
  • Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom
  • Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way

This is a part-time, permanent role working 20 hours per week. Every other Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime. Previous experience in the industry or a showroom environment is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided. Basic computer literacy is required.
